http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44210 --- Comment #10 from Bernhard Übelacker <bernhardu@mailbox.org> --- (In reply to Hans Leidekker from comment #9)
There's no mapping for CHACHA20_POLY1305 because the native TLS implementation doesn't support this cipher (so it will never negotiate it, unlike GnuTLS). I doubt that this causes the app to fail but you could verify that by lying and returning some known value. Same goes for the mac algorithm.
Thanks for the clarification. Another way to test may be to disable things in GnuTLS like below. In the case of Total Commander the get_cipher_algid and get_mac_algid loggings are gone. (It still hangs, but that is not the topic of this bug.) cat <<EOF > $HOME/gnutls-totalcmd-config [overrides] tls-disabled-cipher = CHACHA20-POLY1305 disabled-version = tls1.3 EOF GNUTLS_SYSTEM_PRIORITY_FILE=$HOME/gnutls-totalcmd-config \ GNUTLS_DEBUG_LEVEL=2 \ wine TOTALCMD64.EXE -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
