[Bug 59788] VOCALOID6 standalone fails to launch for new vs old WOW64

Backtrace does happen for new WOW64 so app seems to fail gracefully by design
but unclear what diff causes old WOW64 to succeed.

Logs for new WOW64 indicate IntPtr, Int32 for app-backtrace but that should be
handled by new WOW64.
