[Bug 29255] Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 & 2010 applications do not print OTF

Still visible with wine-11.14 (winehq debian package).

Tested by:
- install packages: fonts-cabin printer-driver-cups-pdf
- open notepad
- enter some small text
- change font to "Cabin"
- print to "PDF" printer

The resulting PDF in $HOME/PDF does not contain the text,
while it renders onscreen.
Using the default font "System" is showing the text in the PDF.
