I just installed FL 25 in a fresh wine prefix and it works there.
This is always the first thing to try before reporting a bug.
Ah, not really, I mean wrt. 'always' part. At least not if you have a significant number of apps installed in the prefix, especially if some of them needed some manual tweaking to get them to work.
