This regression appeared immediately after updating wine to 11.13.

It's very simple: the mouse position is consistently offset by about 20px in
the y-axis.

I'm almost certain this is because of the menu bar, which occasionally flickers
into view whilst using the program, and the offset amount seems the same as the
height of the menu bar.
