WinGGetDIBPointer16 hack

Steps to reproduce:

1. Mount "I Love Science.iso"

2. Run winecfg and ensure that D: points to the mounted ISO

3. Run `wine 'D:\setup.exe'` and proceed to install the game

4. Run `wine 'C:\Program Files\DK Multimedia\I Love Science!\ilovesci.exe'`

The game crashes immediately after Wine prints this message:

0140:fixme:wing:WinGGetDIBPointer16 0076 01727CEE: setting BITMAPINFO not
supported

The attached hack sets the BITMAPINFO to all zeros, which fixes the crash, but
makes the game window almost entirely black.
