Please next time try to describe the issue in your own words, instead of using
generated wall of text, leaving it struggling to find an interested reader.

GDI behavior does not have much to do with what WPF needs. Finding proper
replacement for Segoe UI will be a challenge but we probably could use some
default configuration for that, which is also not very hard to add manually
when needed.
