El .url queda truncado (solo URL, 103 bytes). - Componente afectado: dlls/ieframe/intshcut.c → PersistFile_Save() intenta reabrir el IPropertySetStorage interno (FMTID_Intshcut) con STGM_READ|STGM_SHARE_EXCLUSIVE después de escribir la URL, y retorna el error en lugar de ignorarlo (URL ya está escrita). - Root cause: almacenamiento interno DELETEONRELEASE con uso exclusivo; en Wine, la segunda apertura falla y el código no trata ese caso como no-fatal. - Fix sugerido: si IPropertySetStorage_Open falla, no devolver error — simplemente omitir escribir las líneas ICONFILE/ICONINDEX (son opcionales).
