This seems to be fixed (again) now, it seems by
f8da67d3bcaf6ce950c7d89de03f87987006b6ad

I used wine's own 64-bit msxm6_test binary to check against:

- winetricks msxml6

Then before f8da67d3bcaf6ce950c7d89de03f87987006b6ad:

wine msxml6_test-stripped.exe saxreader -->

0024:err:ole:apartment_add_dll couldn't load in-process dll
L"C:\\windows\\system32\\msxml6.dll"
0024:err:ole:com_get_class_object no class object
