[Bug 43031] popen() hangs when both stdin and stdout are closed

Hello,

I compiled test app and tested it on Windows 11 & Wine 11.14 (32-bit prefix
configured as Windows 11.)

The application behaves the same on both, in Wine it takes 1–2 seconds to
close.

Windows:
> systeminfo |grep 'OS Name'
> OS Name:                       Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
> sha1sum popen_tst.exe
> e221b8ac83abac4d4c8964ecdd673b1b8862bd73 *popen_tst.exe
> ./popen_tst.exe
> echo $?
> 0

Wine 11.14:
> wine --version
> wine-11.14
> winecfg /v
> win11
> sha1sum popen_tst.exe 
> e221b8ac83abac4d4c8964ecdd673b1b8862bd73  popen_tst.exe
> wine popen_tst.exe 
> echo $?
> 0
