With wine-11.13 and current vkd3d-git, the message is now:

vkd3d:0024:warn:vkd3d:generate_signature_entry <anonymous>:1:8: E5013: Invalid
semantic 'COLOR'.
vkd3d:0024:warn:vkd3d:generate_signature_entry <anonymous>:1:13: E5013: Invalid
semantic 'POSITION'.
