renderer=vulkan (damavand) causes popup that warns "computer appears to have 0 MB video card". System information: 2000 MHz, 39040 MB, 0 MB (vendorID 1002, deviceID 15e7)
Clicking "Attempt to run" launches game but gets stuck on initial splash screen and never proceeds to welcome and main menus.
