Hmmm....

Given you're building it yourself anyway, how about a backtrace *with* debug
symbols ?

And, obviously, is there anything special about your setup (both build env and
the running setup), cause for the time being this problem seems to be specific
to you ?

config.log looks pretty clean, yet...
