Terminal output

Steps to reproduce:

1. In one terminal, run `wine iperf3.exe -s`

2. In another terminal, run `wine iperf3.exe -c localhost`

3. Observe the following message:

014c:fixme:winsock:getsockopt unrecognized TCP option 0x4

0x4 is TCP_MAXSEG, which has a 1:1 Linux equivalent, but it isn't yet hooked up
in Wine.

iperf3.exe also has a -M option which should set TCP_MAXSEG to an arbitrary
value, but the program doesn't seem to even try to set the option if it can't
be read.
