After Hearthstone opened a Window and asked for an Language(I selected English(US)) it trows an Error: Something went wrong while trying to create a directory ("C:/ProgramData/Battle.net/Agent"). Please ensure you have permission to create the directory and try again. Works fine for me. Can you try wine-5.15, and add a log?

After that, you should delete .wine and try again. Can you create the folder yourself? Or don't you have permission for that? What filesystem is your .wine folder on, is it ext4/zfs/... ? Also, for the log you need that WINEDEBUG part *before* wine, or it won't work.
