[Bug 60377] New: ETS6 fails to import a project with "value cannot be null"
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60377 Bug ID: 60377 Summary: ETS6 fails to import a project with "value cannot be null" Product: Wine Version: 11.17 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: chrno-sphered@hotmail.com Target Milestone: --- Distribution: --- Running wine 11.17 and having followed this guide: https://knx-user-forum.de/forum/öffentlicher-bereich/knx-eib-forum/2080985-knx-ets-6-3-1-unter-linux-mit-wine-erfolg-mit-anleitung ETS6 seems to run fine. There are however troubles when importing a freshly exported project. The password is accepted fine (thanks for the previous fix btw), but after the importing process almost finishes, it fails with a "value cannot be null" message. Looking at what happens in the console, the likely culprit is this: --- 07fc:fixme:crypt:SystemFunction040 (00007F9184576EA8, 16, 0): stub [RtlEncryptMemory] 07fc:fixme:crypt:SystemFunction041 (00007F9184576E78, 16, 0): stub [RtlDecryptMemory] --- There are a lot of these calls, probably attempting to decrypt the archive but not doing anything, which also explains why ETS6 is complaining about a null value - the "decrypted" archive data is null. The project can be imported fine on a native windows installation. Reproduce: - have a password encrypted project (i.e. myVery$3curePass) - export it from ETS6 - immediately import it to ETS6 - enter the correct password - watch the import proceed and fail -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
