Minimum Visual C++ 1.52 project

When running a simple 16-bit Windows executable, it apparently runs twice.

The attached project was built with Visual C++ 1.52c (from winworldpc.com).
It should show 2 dialog boxes and quit: Dialog 1 -> Dialog 2 -> exit)
Instead, the dialogs are shown twice: Dialog 1 -> Dialog 2 -> Dialog 1 ->
Dialog 2 -> exit

The attached build script needs a few environment variables to work:

set PATH_MSVC152C_CDROM=\run\media\maarten\MSVC152C
set PATH=%PATH_MSVC152C_CDROM%\msvc15\bin;%PATH%
set INCLUDE=%PATH_MSVC152C_CDROM%\msvc15\include
set LIB=%PATH_MSVC152C_CDROM%\msvc15\lib

This was a bug in the source.
After building with `/DSTRICT`, it warned me about a wrong WinMain.

Instead of 

int PASCAL WinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance, HINSTANCE hPrevInstance, char
*lpCmdLine, int nCmdShow)

it must be


int PASCAL WinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance, HINSTANCE hPrevInstance, LPSTR
lpCmdLine, int nCmdShow)
