[Bug 60124] 16-bit Windows NE executable executes twice

This was a bug in the source.
After building with `/DSTRICT`, it warned me about a wrong WinMain.

Instead of 

int PASCAL WinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance, HINSTANCE hPrevInstance, char
*lpCmdLine, int nCmdShow)

it must be


int PASCAL WinMain(HINSTANCE hInstance, HINSTANCE hPrevInstance, LPSTR
lpCmdLine, int nCmdShow)
