1. Run "wine chrome_installer_16.0.912.75.exe"
2. Grab any window border and move it slowly. Watch the displayed Google page
content move to the right, out of view. Move it to fast and everything will be
out of view before you can blink.

Tried Google but it wanted to load the consent page, and never did.
Tried WineHQ and got blocked by Cloudflare.
Tried microsoft.com and nothing loaded.
Tried github.com and the security negotiation failed.
Finally tried example.com and it loaded.

Resizing didn't change the content at all. Bizarrely I could only resize from
the left, not the right, and when I released the mouse it just plopped back to
where it was, nothing resized.

fixme:dwmapi:DwmExtendFrameIntoClientArea prints repeatedly simply taking the
window out of full screen.

Here's a screen recording showing what happens for me. Yes, window resizing is
all kinds of fucked. Sometimes it suddenly changes width and covers both of my
screens.
