Noticed while testing https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29372.

1. Run winecfg and untick "Graphics" -> "Allow the window manager to decorate
the windows". Not strictly required for the problem to occur, but otherwise the
compositor's title bar covers most of the affected area.

2. Run "wine chrome_installer_16.0.912.75.exe"

3. The installer directly auto-launches Chrome where you can see the problem.

My Chrome is black anyway, what is it supposed to look like?

I don't have a Windows install to confirm but I'd expect it too look similar to
the screenshot from bug 28468. That report is about Chromium and not Chrome, so
probably not the blue coloring, but also not solid black.

At the very least there should be window controls for minimizing / maximizing /
closing.
