Rouvy (indoor cycling application) crashes when connecting to a Bluetooth
device due to an unimplemented function.

**Wine Version:** 11.15 installed via the winehq deb repo
**OS:** Debian 13 (trixie)

**What happens:**
1. Rouvy launches successfully
2. connecting to an account works
3. selecting "connect my trainer" crashes the app

**Reproduction:**
1. download Rouvy from the website: https://account.rouvy.com/get-started
(direct link: https://cdn.rouvy.com/update/Rouvy_Installer.exe)
2. install the Rouvy with `/opt/wine-devel/bin/wine
Downloads/Rouvy_Installer_4.6.7.exe`
3. run the app after the installation with `/opt/wine-devel/bin/wine
~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/VirtualTraining/Rouvy/Rouvy.exe`
3. connect to a Rouvy account,
4. select "connect to my trainer"
5. Application crashes

The application requires Bluetooth LE connectivity to communicate with fitness
equipment (smart trainers, heart rate monitors, etc.).
