Tested in clean 32 and 64bit prefixes with same result. Tested with Windows version set to 10, 7 and XP. Tested with and w/o vkd3d, dxvk, d3dx9, msxml4, vcrun2005, corefonts. Tested in fullscreen and windowed mode (added -win after argument). Tested with and w/o "Emulate virtual desktop" enabled.
