backtrace  of crash when trying to install ZeissZenLite

Trying to install zeiss zen lite (download is available from here  [1]) in a
new WINEPREFIX fails with a crash. The backtrace is attached.

Hello, please also attach the console output of such an failing start attempt.
The crash observed by winedbg may be just a result
of some previous failure in .net/mono before.

winedebug log installing Zeiss-Zen-Lite with
DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_USENLS=1

Attached is the winedebug log when running with 
   DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_USENLS=1 

This does not crash (so no backtrace). This confirms that bug #59679 is
related. 

However, the installer fails eventually as well (some files are copied into the
wineprefix).

I confirm that using these workarounds 

   winetricks arial 
   export DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_USENLS=1

allows to run the installer. There was one dialog box with YES and NO options,
but only the NO button was visible. One could guess that the YES button needed
to be there as well. After finding the YES button, the installation proceeded
ok. 

And eventually the Zeiss Software installer started as well.  
One can navigate through the menues and options of the installer.

So basically this is a duplicate of
