winedebug log installing Zeiss-Zen-Lite with
DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_USENLS=1

Attached is the winedebug log when running with 
   DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_USENLS=1 

This does not crash (so no backtrace). This confirms that bug #59679 is
related. 

However, the installer fails eventually as well (some files are copied into the
wineprefix).
