This happened in the new WOW Mode (cannot test in 32 Bit compile). A workaround is to copy the file manually. The license file is created in the installers temp directory "./drive_c/users/work/Temp/Win-SteuerSparErklaerung_28.32.67/Data/SteuerprogrammSetup/License/" as License.aavdrm (version number in the path may be different) and should be copied in the program directory "/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Akademische Arbeitsgemeinschaft/SteuerSparErklaerung 2023/license". In the destination directory exists a file with the same name but different (useless) content. But I cannot longer use the old builds (lack of 32bit libs).
