I noticed that when going through the menu items of the top menu strip in
Internet Download Manager, that the menu items aren't focusing properly. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the first menu (File) with a mouse click. Move the mouse over the menu
items of the file menu.
2. Move the mouse pointer to a different menu to open its subsequent menu
items. At some point you'll realize that some of the menu items don't focus
properly.
