[PATCH 0/2] MR4183: Draft: GdipIsVisiblePathPoint improvements and tests

This includes a partial fix for an issue with GdipIsVisiblePathPoint uncovered by https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55717 There are also some hacky tests to help demonstrate some quirks that are not covered by the fix.
