Find only supports one Column to filter on. The parser for this will be the same for both Find/Filter with the only different is the Filter supports multiple columns. In trying to keep this patch small, only WSTR/BSTR/Integer have been supported. Some games with support for the haptic feedback and speaker features of the Sony DualSense controller select the controller's audio output by filtering on the ContainerId IMMDevice property to find one that matches the controller's HID's. This MR allows this information to be accessible from the IMMDevice's property store when the audio driver provides it (none for now, but I intend to add that feature to `winepulse.drv` and maybe `winealsa.drv`) This is made specific to containerId rather than supporting VT_CLSID on every property because Wine currently stores VT_BLOBs directly in the registry value, which does not allow us to safely disambiguate between VT_CLSID and VT_BLOB values when reading from registry. -- v7: mmdevapi: Invalidate ContainerID of unavailable audio devices. https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/359

## Summary Tests for UrlFixupW and semi stub function implementaion. ## Test results - Tests are 100% ok on my local WIN 10 pc. A grep showed that wine internals do not call this function, therefore it should not introduce any new bugs. Salvage tests and fix a leak found in another review: see https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/897#note_9175 points 1 and 2. 3. is why !897 was reverted. This does not contain the (incorrect) changes to VariantCopyInd, but instead fixes the leak identified in VariantClear (VT_RECORD needs to free pvRecord), and the wrong allocator being used in VariantCopy (it should have been IMalloc, rather than `HeapAlloc`, as shown by the fact IMallocSpy observes these allocations). This also cleans up some dubious behavior by the test IRecordInfoImpl, which was modifying a VARIANT that it did not own or receive as an argument in the middle of VariantClear.
