I think this introduced an import (not sure which one but that's the only recent change to the tests) that's missing from every windows version < 10, causing the entire kernel32 tests to be skipped on those windows versions. https://test.winehq.org/data/patterns.html#kernel32:change -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/8136#note_104781
