calling IXMLDOMNode_put_text on a text node leads to xmlTextSetContent in libxml2 which duplicates the text (xmlStr[n]dup) and frees the old content before setting the new calling IXMLDOMElement_put_text on an element node leads to xmlNodeParseContent in libxml2 which sets the text on the xmlNode's child and calls xmlFreeNodeList to free the old content an IXMLDOMNode reference to that internal text node holds a pointer to that freed content and crashes on IXMLDOMNode_Release <open> <-- IXMLDOMElement_put_text -> xmlNodeParseContent frees old 'content' held by IXMLDOMNode below sesame <-- IXMLDOMNode_Release on this node double-frees 'content' freed above </open> -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/10202

These patches fix painting in an application that draws outside of a CS_PARENTDC child client area in its WM_PAINT handler. Shutting down the media source, while it is still in an active topology, causes Windows' media session to fully shut down. To avoid this, only clear the old presentation on release, shutdown or when a new topology was successfully set. After a seek, Media Session may drop all samples with a PTS prior to the seek time. It will drop the samples if they are output from a TopologyNode with the MF_TOPONODE_MARKIN_HERE attribute set. If a sample starts before the seek time, but ends after, it will be trimmed. A trimmed sample will have its PTS adjusted to match the seek time, and its duration reduced by the time removed. If the sample is an uncompressed audio sample, it will also trim the samples content.
