This MR: - improves the dump of existing records (mostly expanding flags meaning), - adds support for dumping ARM switch table and annotation-ref records, - adds the ability to restrict the contents dumped (abusing the -j option), allowing to: - scope the types (TPI and IPI streams), and global symbols (DBI) dumped (by index), - scope the compilands dumped (by name / substring for now). This MR continues improving PDB support: - by no longer creating symt for global and file static variables (the function static are still created as symt), - starting implementing some direct access for top module and compiland objects - it incidentaly fixes support for thread storage variables. [PATCH 0/2] MR10008: start: Fix arg parsing for quoted paths ending with backslash.

When using the `start` command with a `/d` switch specifying a quoted path that ends with a backslash (e.g., `start /d "c:\path\" app.exe`), subsequent arguments were incorrectly concatenated into the path string due to parsing ambiguity. The error I encountered was with `start /d "c:\temp\" test.exe`, which was parsed into the arguments `/d` and `"c:\temp\" test.exe`. The path and the executable were merged into a single argument as a new path, preventing the child process from launching. In my first patch, I attempted to identify and split this combined argument, but this caused test failures in `kernel32`. I then retested on Windows and found that Windows also parses it as `/d` and `"c:\temp\" test.exe`—Wine's parsing is consistent with Windows. However, `start` works correctly on Windows because it is a built-in command, whereas in Wine, `start` is an external executable, leading to different behavior. [PATCH 0/1] MR8406: wined3d: Make sure swapchain can't be used after being released.

In wined3d_swapchain_cleanup, before decrementing the reference counts of each of the back/front buffers, we first set their swapchain to NULL, presumably to stop the current under-destruction swapchain from being used through them. But there is an oversight. When we call wined3d_texture_decref on the front_buffer, the back_buffers still have their swapchains pointing to the swapchain being destroyed. In texture_resource_unload, we call context_acquire(device, NULL, 0), note the NULL texture parameter here. When the texture parameter is NULL, wined3d_context_gl_acquire (in turn called by context_acquire) will default to using the first back buffer from the implicit swapchain of "device", which, as previously stated, has not had their swapchain set to NULL yet. From here, we reach wined3d_context_gl_activate with a texture whose swapchain is currently being destroyed. This swapchain is then assigned to "context_gl" here before being freed, leaving a dangling pointer. When this context_gl is acquired again later, we will try to access context_gl->c.swapchain->win_handle, thus complete the use-after-free cycle. This commit makes sure the swapchain pointer of ALL front and back buffers are set to NULL before decrementing their reference counts.
