[PATCH v7 0/2] MR8073: ntdll: Unbreak new wow64 mode on FreeBSD.

1. For %fs/fsbase the patch follows the macOS logic with LDT descriptor registration and Linux with switching. One notable difference is that on 32->64 transition we set %fs to GSEL(GUFS32_SEL, SEL_UPL) before restoring fsbase, otherwise FreeBSD will just revert it by reloading the selector [at the first opportunity](https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/blob/5673462af5330df207…. GSEL(GUFS32_SEL, SEL_UPL) is the default %fs value on FreeBSD and is special-cased to save/restore actual fsbase value to/from PCB. 2. I was told we could get rid of fsbase glitches in signal handlers by blocking signals with [sigfastblock(2)](https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=sigfastblock) between %fs reset to the default value and fsbase reset to pthread_teb. This is currently a part of internal API for libthr, which could be exposed as pthread_signal_block_np for Wine. I'm on the fence whether it's worth it. 3. I fully admit I have no idea what registers are worth preserving around fallback sysarch(AMD64_SET_FSBASE) syscalls and whether it's appropriate to push those registers to stack. ("Kernel" stack should be fine, I assume?) Syscalls definitely clobber r8-r11. 4. For %ss see https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/4/24/216. The TexelFetchOffset() GLSL function is not defined for sampler2DMS, sampler2DMSArray and samplerBuffer, so we get the following wined3d_debug_callback errors when emiting them: "0:56(9): error: no matching function for call to `texelFetchOffset(sampler2DMS, ivec2, int, ivec2)'; candidates are:". "0:56(9): error: vec4 texelFetchOffset(sampler1D, int, int, int)". ... "0:56(9): error: uvec4 texelFetchOffset(usampler2DArray, ivec3, int, ivec2)". "0:56(9): error: type mismatch". This happens when wined3d with the opengl backend is used to run Dishonored 2. This reverts commit 3d373e452388b60bea9dca6d5c4cf3f8b20a0c54. CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW is used in vulkan to correlate QPC timestamps, and there's no equivalent of CLOCK_BOOTTIME there. I think it would be very nice to have something like that to reduce the burden of implementing COM interfaces. This shows for instance on the windows.gaming.input module a 30% LoC reduction (from ~6800 to ~4700), even though the module already had a boilerplate helper macros already. The MR introduces macros to automatically implement each IUnknown method, as well as all of them at once. It also includes a helper to implement IInspectable methods at once, as well as macros to forward both interface methods to a base interface or an outer object. Last, it provides higher-level macros to implement a main interface and any number of sub interfaces and generate IUnknown, forwarding and vtables for all of them at once, with IInspectable support when needed. It uses widl to generate additional per-interface macros, for things like inheritance and vtable generation. The rest of the macros are otherwise shared in a Wine-specific header. The implementation is split to show individual macro being used, although they are later replaced by higher-level macros. The idea I have is to use this module to declare class stubs until there is a good reason to split them to dedicated modules. WinRT modules aren't usually loaded directly, and instead the registry is queried to figure which module to load for which class. This would help avoiding unnecessary proliferation of stub WinRT modules, while at the same time allowing to factor WinRT foundation code (such as vector / async, etc...) between the modules that seem to deserve to be implemented separately.
