[PATCH v15 0/3] MR10897: vbscript: Handle declaration scope in the parser.

ClassDeclaration was only accepted at the top SourceElement level, so a prior statement on the same line (e.g. Dim x : Class C) failed to parse instead of being accepted or, for a name collision, reported as err 1041. Make ClassDeclaration a SimpleStatement and register it as a class at compile time in source order. Sub, Function and Class declarations are only valid at script global scope. A global If/ElseIf/Else/Select block still hoists a Sub or Function to global scope, but a loop (For/For Each/While/Do) or With block does not, and a Class is never hoisted. mpegpsdemux uses raw PTS values from the stream, which often start at a non-zero timestamp. To avoid an initial delay, we normalize the PTS by subtracting the first raw value so that the buffer timeline begins at zero. Without this adjustment, the first sample would not be presented until its original (non-zero) timestamp. If the lock is deactivated, mouselook won't work properly, and the user probably doesn't want mouselook to be active. For example: * if the user is making their compositor inhibit constraints to temporarily prevent applications from disrupting pointer movement. * if the keyboard is unfocused on the window, the lock is almost certainly deactivated. Native MSXML fires the onreadystatechange handler synchronously from within IXMLDOMDocument::load()/loadXML() once parsing completes and readyState reaches 4. Hosts that set the handler before calling load() and expect it to have run by the time control returns to the caller rely on this ordering; Wine currently invokes the handler only as part of the asynchronous parse path, so synchronous loads silently skip it. Driver qdcmlib.ARM64.dll as default is a best guess and may need to change to something more accurate in future. Unclear if wbemprox support is necessary but added it for consistency and to cover all cases. vidmem assigned to 5540 MB for gpu_description_table as reported by user's glxinfo: - https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=81077 videmem also boosted to 32768 MB for CARD_INTEL_UHD620_2 (recently added) to match that user's glxinfo instead of vidmem copied from CARD_INTEL_UHD620_1. Unclear if CARD_INTEL_UHD620_1 should also be boosted to match CARD_INTEL_UHD620_2. Figured this change is related/recent enough to be rolled into this MR.
