Wine-Bug: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60023 --- This isn't fully correct as initial window DPI should be its monitor DPI in case of monitor aware windows, but it's enough to fix the regression which is about non-default system DPI. On Windows, OUT: (and OUT) is a special legacy device name that redirects to the default output device (by default, behaves like NUL). Wine's cmd.exe was creating actual files named OUT/OUT: instead. Fix this by adding redirect_out_device() which rewrites OUT/OUT: (case-insensitive) to NUL before file creation in push_std_redirections(). Needed for EEP16 (and presumably every other program in that series) to allow placing models and rotating the camera correctly in 3D. I'm unsure whether the implementation is efficient or if there's a better way. When echo:ing a command, match native behavior by only showing the last redirection on a given stream, and by adding spaces around redirections and separators. When a command has several redirections on the same stream, native only echoes the last one.
