### What this changes - Adds a MAC validity predicate for adapter entries. - In GetAdaptersInfo, counts adapters with valid physical MAC. - If valid adapters exist, excludes entries with invalid MAC from returned list. ### Why On macOS, pseudo interfaces without usable physical address can appear before real hardware adapters. Legacy clients that pick the first adapter may send empty MAC and fail auth. ### Scope - Module: iphlpapi - API path: GetAdaptersInfo - Platform impact: mainly macOS-like interface layouts with pseudo/tunnel adapters exposed early. [PATCH v2 0/2] MR10540: build: Fix warnings with recent gcc/glibc versions

Recent (at least >= 15.2) GCC changes enabled -Wdiscarded-qualifier by default. Fixing these warnings allows for building with -Werror again. Also, recent GCC versions switched to use C23 by default. This causes glibc to define wcschr, wcsrchr and wcspbrk as macros in their version of wchar.h. Redefining those also leads to a warning, which gets converted to an error with -Werror. Sysinternals' "Autoruns" utility would call this function as indicated by winedbg `wine: Call from 00006FFFFFC58628 to unimplemented function SHELL32.dll.SHEvaluateSystemCommandTemplate, aborting` Adding a stub for it would fix running the utility. [PATCH 0/2] MR10577: Fix build with old clang (<13).

When clang < 13 cross-compiles for Windows, it sets _MSC_VER to 1911 (< 1912). The #if/#elif chain in __config checked _MSC_VER < 1912 first, which prevented the elif branch from defining _LIBCPP_DEFER_NEW_TO_VCRUNTIME. This caused placement new/delete to be defined in both vcruntime_new.h and the libc++ <new> header, resulting in redefinition errors. Fix by checking _LIBCPP_ABI_MICROSOFT first to always define _LIBCPP_DEFER_NEW_TO_VCRUNTIME when using vcruntime, then handle the aligned allocation check as a nested condition.
