[PATCH v4 0/1] MR10461: Draft: vbscript: Implement IDispatch::GetTypeInfo for class instances.

Implement GetTypeInfo on vbdisp_t (VBScript class instances) by returning an ITypeInfo that reports the class name via GetDocumentation(MEMBERID_NIL) and exposes public methods and properties via GetFuncDesc, GetVarDesc, GetNames, GetIDsOfNames, and GetTypeAttr. This makes TypeName() return the actual class name (e.g. "MyClass") instead of falling back to "Object". When a name is defined twice (Const/Const, Dim/Const, Const/Dim, Dim/Dim, Sub vs Const/Dim, Class vs Const/Dim/Function), Windows returns VBScript error 1041 ("Name redefined"). Wine was returning E_FAIL. More specifically the SPS bytes in the avcC atom. Note this only fixes the problem for winedmo but not gstreamer. This is because gstreamer 1) does not parse the SPS, 2) will set pixel-aspect-ratio in caps regardless if a pasp atom is present. So there is no way for us to distinguish between 1) pasp being present and having an aspect ratio of 1:1, and 2) pasp not being present but pixel-aspect-ratio having been set to 1:1 by gstreamer as fallback. And because this is the case, I made sure winedmo is tested separately. The `&event->event->deliver` one is inside a lock anyhow (and its use is kind of strange, but any comparison to it is happening inside the event lock too). The other uses of `__ATOMIC_RELAXED` are for increasing refcounts, which are always starting at 1, and the only point a full barrier should be needed is to check for destruction, where we still have `__ATOMIC_SEQ_CST`. -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/10463#note_133901
