1. This would work for `IRoSimpleMetaDataBuilder` but since `IDirectDrawVideo` has a similar issue I don't think this is the way forward. `IDirectDrawVideo` can't have its uuid defined since that already comes from uuid.h. While approach 3 would be closer to windows, I do think 2 would be easier/cleaner. A `wine_ignore_guid` attribute would be easily added.
