I have been using https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/1074, with the valgrind fork I have here: https://gitlab.winehq.org/rbernon/valgrind.

Note that Valgrind requires WINELOADERNOEXEC=1 whereas GDB integration requires it to not be set.
