64-bit toolbar tests still crash on Windows with v4. Please check the TestBot results. Thanks for double-checking. I actually did have the TestBot results open and was waiting to see if more conservative changes to toolbar.c would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, they did not, so in v5 I have dropped the changes to toolbar.c altogether.
