[PATCH 0/1] MR11752: powrprof: Stub PowerReadACValueIndex.

This function is required for the BiliBili release of "Lord of Mysteries"（诡秘之主）to start. The game's protector sets up the IAT manually, so the missing function is not immediately visible from Wine logs.
