[PATCH v8 0/6] MR1857: Draft: comdlg32: IFileDialog navigation bar

I was trying to figure out how to edit the navbar by interacting with "normal" controls (rather than the Ctrl+L shortcut or empty space somewhere), and found that the overflow button does this when clicked.
