"Eador. Master of the Broken World" does glHint( GL_MULTISAMPLE_FILTER_HINT_NV ) before using that contexts in wglShareLists, and wglShareLists() fails due to unsupported attribute which results in broken rendering. The value of GL_MULTISAMPLE_FILTER_HINT_NV is 0x8534 which would yield ~260k context_attributes[] which probably defeats the purpose of direct indexing the name into it.
