Because I don't have a MIDI sound module like the MT-32 to test with, do you mean that `snd_seq_drain_output()` and `snd_seq_sync_output_queue()` weren't useful? -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/10581#note_135299
