[PATCH v15 0/1] MR10339: quartz/tests: Add tests for IMediaSeeking time formats in avisplit.
Added comprehensive tests for IMediaSeeking_ConvertTimeFormat. Replaced magic numbers with descriptive constants. Verified on Windows 10.
