[PATCH 0/1] MR10559: kernelbase: In GetProcessInformation(ProcessMachineTypeInfo), use SystemSupportedProcessorArchitectures2.

This fixes the tests and results when running `GetProcessInformation(ProcessMachineTypeInfo)` on an ARM64 system against an x86_64 process.
