Yes I had an initial implementation of it, similar to the one in jscript, but only jscript got in because then realized we could have used `CreateDispTypeInfo`. Initially I thought that API would have to save it to a file on disk that's why I didn't pursue it, but apparently that's not a requirement when using it.

I've attached my (old) patches for vbscript [here](/uploads/652a7369f2f1cd4dd983383e2c6a72a9/old-vbscript-typeinfo.zip), I haven't really tested them or built but they still applied. Maybe you find something helpful, but if you're going to go with `CreateDispTypeInfo` anyway, then I guess it won't be very useful. That said I hadn't actually pursued `CreateDispTypeInfo` so I've no idea if it will work with everything or not.
