2025 Talk Proposal: Minimal Protonification

I would like to talk about the specifics / oddities of Proton: 1. the environment - Steam Runtime 2. the steam.exe shim + lsteamclient 3. the Steam integration patches for Wine I want to explain what those are for, how to work with them and how to rebase the minimal set of changes to get current Wine upstream master running your games. -- Cheers, Arek

WineConf 2025 venue change

Folks, We were recently notified by The Mercure Hotel, where WineConf was going to be held, that their renovations have gone sideways and they've had to move us to the NH Den Haag hotel: https://www.nh-hotels.com/en/hotel/nh-den-haag It's not too far from the previous location, and actually closer to the train station so hopefully it won't be too much of an inconvenience. All the other details (dates etc.) are staying the same. The WineConf wiki page has been updated with the new information. We are also working on the agenda, and will put it up on the wiki page once it's finalized. If you volunteered to give a talk, I'll be contacting you shortly to work out the details.
