With the newer version of WINE, it only displays those messages and it never gets Matlab up and running. I waited for about 3 minutes. It only gets as far as displaying the Matlab logo. The log shows me that the program encounters a couple of stubs. These are not nessesarily a problem. I suppose that the program still does not work otherwise you would not have reopened the report. What is not clear to me is what is going wrong. There is no evidence of a crash from the log. Could you please elaborate on what the problem is.
