You need to rm -rf .wine before you run the installer. I just ran the installer and it worked perfectly. The earlier versions loaded correctly under wine but did not use msi. The version mentioned above (V2.00k) does use msi and fails to install. The actual program run perfectly (except for a minor icon display issue which has a workaround). The only other thing stopping it from getting a platinum rating is that it fails to install. There are numerous msi errors to give you something to work on. When you download the program from the website you actually download a 141K file called SetupWebEngineV200k.Exe. When you run this under wine, it then downloads an msi file called WebEngineV200k.msi (approx 4.6MB). So far so good. There are a few errors displayed in the console window as shown below but the file seems to download correctly. Here's the errors so far.....
