The FIXME is there because SetCooperativeLevel is some strange call which is not documented propery with all the combinations of cooplevels and the cooplevels that have been set before. But it looks like it is a good idea to remove the fixme. It still hangs as soon as you move the mouse. I admit I'm surprised that this problem hasn't been solved yet.
